Getting Safari 6 CSS issues

I'm getting some strange CSS issues with Safari 6 on Mountain Lion.

All form elements (inputs & buttons) seem to be having a problem with the right edge.

Inital enquires show it's not happening to others. Any ideas what it could be?

Glad I'm not the only one!

and here's the bad news for you!...

Been on phone all day with Applecare. I've done a reinstallation of ML from the App Store, no joy, and I full clean install from a bootable ML installer, wiping the sdd, still no joy, problem persisits.

Ive had to do a recording of the problem, and return that to Apple, send in screenshots, and ist being passed from 2nd level support to the engineers. Not sure how long its going to take!

It's quite annoying. I know it doesnt affect the ability to actually browse, but I'm in the middle of designing a site, and it is severly hampering progress!

I am having similar issues on multiple 13" macbook airs, macbook pros. The issue isn't local to twitter bootstrap or sites using twitter boostrap either (unless more major sites use bootstrap than I think).

It seems like it's a rendering issue tied with css borders. Highlighting or selecting the input makes it go away (sometimes) as well.

No fixes yet! Taking it's time. Need to chase Apple up, as never heard back from them when it got passed to the "engineers" - that was three weeks ago!

Happening all over the show! Cannot believe theres not been more said about it! 10.8.1 doesnt fix it (not that I expected it to!)

I am having the same problem. If you look at http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/base-css.html#forms where you have form elements, all the right borders of form elements are either missing, or appear jagged.

I thought this was a Safari 6 issue, or a Mountain Lion issue as it started just very recently. But I just realised the issue started after I purchased my new MacBook Pro 13" a few weeks ago.

I just tested the same pages on our 27" iMacs with Mountain Lion 10.8.2, and the form elements look fine.

So there is something wrong with the video card drivers or something specific to the MacBook Pro and Mountain Lion that is causing this.

It's certainly something to do with recent hardware, and Safari 6.

I'm having issues with a 2012 13" Macbook Air.

The other Airs in the store have the same problem.

People have mentioned problems with Macbook Pro, and Retina Macbook Pros.

I do not have the issue on a 2011 Mac mini, and iMacs seem fine.

Again, only started with Safari 6.
