Well of course you won't be able to publish to MobileMe any longer as MobileMe ceased to exist on June 30th this year.

Anyone who used MobileMe was notified of this fact by Apple by e-mail at least a year ago, to give you ample time to make new arrangements for hosting your website.

iCloud does not offer hosting, so if you want to keep your site up and running, then you'll have to go and sign up with a hosting company for a hosting account and upload your site there. If you don't already have a domain name, then you need to register one.

Have a look at http://www.hostexcellence.com an http://www.godaddy.com for starters where you can purcahse both domain names and hosting. Then all you do is upload your site.

Depending on the version of iWeb you are using you have a couple of publishing options:

iWeb '09 (3.0.4) you can publish to an FTP Server or a local folder. ( With the built in FTP in iWeb you will end up with an address like "www.YourDomain.com/sitename/Home.html )

iWeb '08 you can publish your website to a local folder

I have been using IX Webhosting for several years with little to no problems "usually the problem was something I did" and they have been quick to solve any issue I have come across. The have plans that start at $3.95 a mo (USD) and their customer service is top notch.
