File transfer from/to android device without internet connection

Hi,

is there a way to exchange files between iPhone and and other devices directly via wifi or bluetooth without having an internet connection? Bump would be ideal but it transfers files via internet only.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7), 2 GHz Core 2 Duo 1TB + 256 GB SSD

There is an app, Chirp. But it's only out for iOS now. These guys are developing one for Android. I hope this would do exactly what you're talking about. Check out their website: http://chirp.io/faq/

Wow that's bad news. I wouldn't have expected that, it's such a simple thing.

@sarayoo This is insanely awesome stuff. It works perfectly. I need to do a blogpost on that! Let's hope the android version is out soon to share with non-iphone users.
