Can't print wireless

Hi!

I have a MacBook Pro OS X 10.8 wireless connected to a Belkin Play N600 WLAN router with USB 2.0 printer port that is connected via cable with a Canon PIXMA iP2700 printer.

Can't print wireless.

Can print when connecting printer via usb cable directly to MacBook.

And: can print wireless when using my old, slow, outdated IBM Thinkpad!??

Can anyone help?

Thanks!!

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion

that is pretty bad when you have to dig around on the interent because the specs are not even found on the canon web site.

Here is a link of where I found the specs: http://www.retrevo.com/s/Canon-iP2700-Printers-review-manual/id/23770ci562/t/1-2 /

According to the spec sheet (which does not look like it has been updated in a long time): Supported Operating System: Mac OS X v10.4-v10.6.

I do not know if there is any driver from the canon website that may be need to be updated. You might have to delete your printer in system preferences and add it back on. You might be able to connect an airport express, and print via that but i am not sure.
