In Mountain Lion, using the Accessability feature "Zoom", when "Zoom Style" is set to Fullscreen, after a few minutes of use my cursor disappears while zooming.
Quitting the Dock app via Activity Monitor resolves the issue for a few minutes, but then it breaks again.
I'm running on a clean install of Mountain Lion.

I've isolated the problem to zooming while swiping between desktops...

I'm having the exact same problem. It doesn't start until I swipe between full-screen apps. When I zoom-in, the cursor disappears, or loses accuracy (the click is registering to the left or right of the cursor tip). When I zoom back out, the issue resolves.
I am having the same issue, zoom in and after a few minutes cursor dissapears. When I zoom back out I get the cursor back but when I zoom in again it dissapears. I'm also seing funny behavior in Mail, for example the first message in the message list does not display properly when changing mailboxes, cursor also changes shape unexpectedly. Lets hope Apple has a fix soon 🙂
Happens on MacBook Air, MacBook Retina and MacPro.
