Cannot Connect to iTunes Store

Hello I have a iPhone 4. I am trying to install an application into my iphone. Everytime I go to do this it fives me a Cannot Connect to iTunes Store. The iphone is attachted to a working connection. I have done several restores and sync on the phone to the itunes account. Still not luck suggestions? User uploaded file

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1

i have the solution to the problem.first make an icloud email with the U.S or U.K store then go to setting and open app store and itunes store option......log out of the email adress u r signed in and then sign in using the icloud email u have created.when u r signed in then go to app store and download any app.they will review your account.choose the U.S store or U.K store then they'll use ur visa card but u have to choose none option and enter any address of U.S and telephone no.and i hope you'll be able to use itunes store.
