I wonder if I should Upgrade my IMac, from snow leopard (10.6.8) to Mountain Lion.
My work depends on printing from Adobe CS6 PShop and Illustrator to a Epson stylus Pro 7800 printer.
Has any body experience or knows if this printer is supported on Mountain lion?
I can’t find clear information from Apple neither from Epson.

As far as I know, this is their latest list.
Note the list is dated July 26, 2012, so it almost certainly will apply to Mountain Lion as well.
I had no trouble with both an Epson 4800 and 4880, using both the Epson drivers and the Image Print drivers, so I think you will be fine. It seems that the change in printer drivers is basically the same for ML as it was for Lion.

Should have added - go to epson page and download the latest driver software. Mine worked fine just using the lion driver, but they now have a post for a Mountain Lion driver, so it would be best to use that since you are coming from Snow Leopard.
