I have exactly the same issue...
just in case you find it useful, (not for me)
hope we'll find the solution, but no one seems to know how to fix...
Found the solution,
review the /private/etc/hosts (with nano, vi, or other text editor you want to use) and be sure, that your localhost addresses are available, and no line is corrupted.
In my case, i had a line at the beginning that was corrupted, so i had to delete it, and then the server app, found the server (itself, that's why the loopback address)
