Import tab delimited data into a Pages table or spreadsheet

How can I import data into a Pages table or spread sheet. I have my data in Filemaker Pro 7 and I can export it as Tab delimited. It would be nice to get it into pages so I can plot it there.

A little cumbersome, but try the following:

1) Export to tab-limited.

2) Open as text (even in TextEdit if you like to).

3) Copy the text.

4) Create a new table in Pages with the right number of rows and columns. Highlight all cells, so they are surrounded by the yellow rectangle.

5) Paste.
