Your session has timed out. Try Again.

I am unable to update my credit card information or anything else for that matter on iTunes. I keep getting the message "Your session has timed out. Try Again." How can I overcome this? I have an old iMac G5. I got it in the fall of 2005. Can't afford another computer. Is there anyway this can be fixed?

I just jumped through a couple of hoops just to get to this point to ask my question. I'm not sure if this is and/or was a common problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Okay, I just came across this and just got past it by doing the following:

I went into Settings App > iTunes & App Stores > tap where it says your Apple ID > tap "Sign Out" > Sign back in, and verify the account info.

The fix from JJINBK (above) resolved "Your session has timed out. Try again" when my iPhone wouldn't update Apps, and repeately asked me to read the agreement revisions and agree to them. It was impossible to get past that loup until I used the JJINBK solution. Thanks

Howdy,

I appreciate you taking the time out to answer my question. However, I can't find the "settings app" function that you mentioned. I'm using iTunes version 9.2.1 (4) on my iMac and not an iPhone. Where do I find what you are referring too?
