iTunes Track Notification on ML

I tried to do the terminal code

and

It didn't activate the feature on Mountain Lion. Anyone know if the feature has been removed or has its code changed?

I've come up with a solution for Mountain Lion which works pretty well for me. It uses AppleScripts and Terminal-Notifier (https://github.com/alloy/terminal-notifier) to display the track names as notification centre notifications.

I've put it all into a neat little application package for people to easily install and use themselves (see the instructions file inside the ZIP archive).
