how to put music onto ipad without using iTunes/ sync?

Hello, I don't have much music, so I don't mind a 'gruelling' way.

(I know sync is probably the easiest option, but I don't have iTunes and can't have it yet; as I can't find sollution to my situation (that I talk about in other questions I've submitted)).

I have some music and films on my computer and usb (they are not 'connected' to the iPad).

Use 3rd part apps; Wi-Fi transfer
