i would say no....since i have a Retina Macbook and haven't seen any docking station available for it....Through Apple or via Third Party....
Why are you looking for one?
It is replacing a Dell M90 in an office environment. I need to connect it to a printer, network, 2 monitors, keyboard and mouse.
This may be of interest Due September . Its a Thumberbolt Hub

Or this

Neither are expected to be cheap - $299-399 !
If getting something quickly is more important to you than the price, Apple's Thunderbolt Display can be used as a very expensive docking station with a nice monitor thrown in.
As the Apple Store says, "connect it to any Thunderbolt-enabled Mac and it becomes a plug-and-play hub for everything you do. Features include a high-resolution 2560-by-1440 LED-backlit display, a FaceTime HD camera, high-quality audio, three USB 2.0 ports, a FireWire 800 port, a Gigabit Ethernet port, and a Thunderbolt port for daisy-chaining additional high-performance devices."
This one looks promising, although not cheap:
The MacDock is a priceworthy solution:

Has anybody tried the new Displaylink USB 3.0 Docking stations, such as the Tagus ACP70USZ
displaylink's website says they work with Mac OS

I've got this on preorder. Looks like a good solution.
Did you ever try this out? I have a MacBook Pro retina coming tomorrow, and have this Targus replicator on my Dell machine. It would be great not to shell out another $300 for a docking station.
I did it works pretty good considering the price difference. Every once and awhile the targus seems to not want to connect the displays (23" and a 20" on the DVI's),for instance if you use Parallels the docking station doesnt seem to want to work unless you click into the windows and back out.(I tried messing with the USB settings in parallels to not use the docking station still no luck stopping it). but these problems only started happening after I updated the docking station firmware. I think I'll spend the money for a thunderbolt docking station for home but this one was for the office. Hope that helps, I come in and out of the office alot so if you dont have to keep repluging it in then you'll probably be alright
