apps disappear from the new ipad

My providers faced an issues and i havent had internet for a day, after i got back my connection some paid apps dissapeared, not only apps that i paid for, also apps that used to be free such as skype, never used a jailbreak or anything similar, all apps was downloaded from appstore, why is it happened? Any sugestions? Restart doesn't help, search on ipad gives 0 results... As long as i paid for apps, will i get them free if i will need to install it again?

Yes.

There should be a Purchased tab in the App Store where you can redownload. Hopefully you didn't have too many -- or it may take a while!

Try resetting your home screen layout.

Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout

It reset the Home Screen Layout if you mess it up; very often missing apps will reappear after reset.

Yeah this happens to me too. In the past three days I have had to reload 3 apps that simply disappeared overnight.
