I just deleted over 300 emails from apple support communities I have changed the message to not to receive any emails and changed my preferences.alot of these email are sent 2-4 times other than closing my account hoe can I fix this

Turning it off in the preferences will stop any future subscriptions but won't affect threads to which you already have a subscription.
When you get an email, go to the thread concerned and stop notifications (under 'Actions' at top right). As you work through the threads it will gradually stop.
You could also set up a Rule in Mail to move these emails to another mailbox or even delete them. (If 'From' aqddres is 'discussion-updates@apple.com' move to (mailbox).)
