How to reinstall iMessage?
iMessage is not working and I wanted to reinstall it but I don't know how.

You have to format and reinstall
If you go to appleid.apple.com are you able to sign in to "manage your account?" Does it show that your appleid/email is verified?
Yes, it is.
Try creating a new user and test it in there.
Apple menu >> system preferences >> users and groups >> click lock put in pw >> click + sign. Create the account. Apple menu >> logout at the bottom. Log into new user.
This will at least indicate if it's a system wide issue, or something to continue troubleshooting in your specific user account.
If it's system wide, it generally means to reinstall.
I just tried that but still didn't work. Do you have any idea how I can reinstall?
Press Command and R keys in boot. If you reinstalled it before, try to erase the disk, but you must do a backup. I can't do more

It reinstalls everything. If you erase the disk, you have to do a backup
Are you using a broadband modem and a wireless router? If so, you could try plugging the modem directly into the computer to see if there is a networking issue with the router. Just turn off wifi during that test and make sure you're online (ie surf in safari first).
It starts and immediately freezes. I can't do anything with it but force quit.
