mountain lion and parallels

since installing mountain lion my Paralles has now stopped how do I get paralles running again

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3), Lion softwear on powerbook

Parallels 7 is supported in Mountain Lion, so you must upgrade to this version
