mountain lion can't click the left mouse

I was purchase mountain lion for my iMac since it'd released. I can use it very powerful until yesterday, when I opened my iMac and I find that my magic mouse cannot use the "Left" click but it can move, swipe etc. accept clicking. So I use the USB mouse for trying to proof that my magic mouse was crashed but my USB mouse show as same as the Magic mouse. it can move, right click accept " left click".

not only my "left click", my station dock (the app bar bottom of the screen) can't mafnification as same as before. It zoom then freeze.

OMG! what's the cause of them. I can't do anymore. what's happen with my iMac.

somebody help me!!!!!!

PS. I was prooved by Apple retail store that my magic mouse perfect.

I've tried both off PRAM and SMC reset but it still same. TT_TT

What can I do? Please help me.😢

Please do them again and also when replying to a message click Reply in the message you are replying to so we can see who your communication is directed to.

I'm sorry and really thanks to you. I've tried for a couple time either PRAM or SMC reset, but there is the same as it be. what can I do next?

OK, try restarting in Safe Mode. To do this when you hear the start up tone hold down the Shift Key until you see a progress bar appear, let it fully boot then restart normally and test.

I've done this but there's nothing. It's still crash like it's been. I think I'll try to reinstall Mountain lion again.

It can happen when another Bluetooth-mouse is active somewhere in the room. Do you have another mouse interfering?

Ditch the mice and start using the MTP full time, it's a much more precise device and has more abilities than a mouse.

This was just perfect! Somethings the answer is something that our minds can't just figure out quickly! the button of my bt mouse was pressed, that's why things weren't working here! 😀

This was exactly my problem. So glad it was mentioned in this forum because I would have been pursuing far more intensive fixes that likely wouldn't have netted much. Great catch. Thanks a million!

MacPro with bluetooth off and my wired Logitech mouse does not left click. Rebooting brings it back and then left click goes away again. Repeat.

I think I figured it out. Had a second Logitech mouse attached so I removed it.
