I am a novice and am still trying to find a way to adopt the new Mac OS environment.
There are several options to choose for in the Adobe Reader printing dialog, and apparently, there is neither black & white nor colour options in the advanced print setup which is very different from Windows.
In the Advanced Print Setup dialog window, there are several tickboxes available to opt for. Under the "Postscript options" category, there is a "Discolour background option" for selection, other options are also included in the "colour management" category, as follow:
- Let printer determines colour
- Treat gray as K-only grays
- Preserve black
- Preserve CYMK primaries
Other independent options also include "Print as image" and "Simulate overprinting" under the categories mentioned above.
I've tried all, but none of the combination settings was successful.
Cheers.
