I've been trying for a few days to complete the iTunes Match process but every time I get to "Step 3" and my songs that are not available in iTunes start to get uploaded into the cloud, the process starts over again. Any advice?
I am having this exact same problem. It's been going on for about a week now. Everything worked fine before this. HELP!
I'm also having the same issue. Step 1 starts over every time Step 2 is complete. I just subscribed yesterday so I can't say that things were working fine before, but I'd really like to find a good fix quickly.

And same problem here. It managed to upload a few hundred songs (out of about 3000), but keeps restarting.
Same issue here!! Very frustrating!! I contacted Apple and they said it is on the ISP side. Apple said it is due to restrictions set by ISP. Contacted Rogers and they said there are no restrictions what so ever!

I'm curious to know what happened with you guys since the launch of the new iTunes 10.7. On my side, the situation is worse than ever: the entire application crashes every time iTunes Match gets to step 3.
the problem seemed to continue with itunes 10.7, but it's been quiet today. we'll see...
Well, ive spent the morning adding some CD's to iTunes. Match started updating and kept restating during step 3. Problem still exsits for me with the newest S/W update. Bummer....
I've been having this issue. I think it is fixed for good now. I fixed mine by turning off iTunes Match and then turning it back on again.
I have the exact same problem. Turning Itunes Match off and back on did not solve the problem. Any ideas?
Kevin, it appears for me this was indeed an ISP issue. I was experiencing this problem using when i was connected to my home network which uses roadrunner. After reading your comment, i decided to try connecting to verizon LTE by tethering my iphone, and all of the songs uploaded successfully.
You are right, I solve the problem using another internet provider. Thanks for the tip.
