I've been trying for a few days to complete the iTunes Match process but every time I get to "Step 3" and my songs that are not available in iTunes start to get uploaded into the cloud, the process starts over again. Any advice?
I'm also having the same issue. Step 1 starts over every time Step 2 is complete. I just subscribed yesterday so I can't say that things were working fine before, but I'd really like to find a good fix quickly.
Same issue here!! Very frustrating!! I contacted Apple and they said it is on the ISP side. Apple said it is due to restrictions set by ISP. Contacted Rogers and they said there are no restrictions what so ever!
I'm curious to know what happened with you guys since the launch of the new iTunes 10.7. On my side, the situation is worse than ever: the entire application crashes every time iTunes Match gets to step 3.
Kevin, it appears for me this was indeed an ISP issue. I was experiencing this problem using when i was connected to my home network which uses roadrunner. After reading your comment, i decided to try connecting to verizon LTE by tethering my iphone, and all of the songs uploaded successfully.
