I suddenly have an urge to play "Fools Errand" but it says it only runs on macs that have "Classic Mode." what is this and does OS 10.7 have it?
If not anyone know of some options?

No. 10.4 is the last version that supports it. Classic Mode allowed OS 9 apps to run in OS X.
Classic refers to running Mac OS 9.1 to 9.2.2 in emulation. It's only available in Mac OS X 10.4.11 or earlier, and only on PowerPC Macs.

Classic Mac software can be run on Intel Macs using SheepShaver. This software requires a Classic Mac ROM and OS 8 or 9 (up to 9.0.4) and requires quite of bit of installation.
There is now a fully bundled version of SheepShaver available: Google the term "Classic-On-Intel v 4.0.1 chubby bunny"
