Forgot FileVault Recovery Key

hi,

i forgot my administration account password also my mac hard drive filevault is on and i can't remember my recovery key.

i press question mark in login and it gave me one serial number : "QP103053DB5" and Record number : "27061".

right now i even can't reinstall fresh mac.

how can i solve this problem ?
