Is it safe to use MultiClean eyeglass cleaner on the Macbook Air's keyboard and screen?

Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if it is safe to be using MultiClean: a eyeglass cleaner I bought in a value-pack at Costco, on my Macbook Air's 11" screen and keyboard?

Just so you know what I've been doing, I usually just take the bottle of cleaner and spray a couple times onto the cloth, allow it to soak into the cloth and wipe down the laptop.

Is this going to cause any damage?

Please, let me know.

This is one of those situations where the word "probably" applies. It just depends on whether you want to trust a product with no stated applicability to the purpose for which you intend it.

I think I would stick to products either indicating that they are safe for use on computer LCD displays, or follow Apple's recomendation of using just water to moisten a lint-free soft towel.
