How to connect my pc and ipad through bluetooth?

How do I connect my Ipad to my computer through Bluetooth? I find the units but connection fails on the Ipad.

What are trying to achieve via Bluetooth between the two devices ? On iOS devices it's mainly for use with keyboards and headphones and not, for example, for copying content : supported Bluetooth profiles.
