I can't get my iPad or iPhone to find each other when trying to use Bluetooth, what do I need to do to get eac device to find the other?

You need to use an app that supports Bluetooth functionality, such as a multi-player game, or a photo transfer app.
What were you hoping to do via Bluetooth between the two devices?
I have a Bluetooth keyboard I want to sync with my I pad but the iPad cannot seem to find any device I have via blue tooth. The same with my phone it does not find any devices to pair with what am I missing?
