Why does my 2010 Macbook Pro repeatedly crash and restart to "Your Computer restarted because of a problem"?

Hi all,

My 2010 15" MacBook Pro has crashed with a kernel panic message several times now. I have tried reinstalling the operating system, turning off all login items, isolating plugins in Firefox, etc. Unfortunately I haven't been able to tell exactly what circumstances cause the crash although it seems like crashes happen more often when I use the 'show all windows' command for mission control. I am currently using the latest version of Mountain Lion, but the crashes started when I was still using Snow Leopard and persisted while I was using Lion. I have even taken the computer to an Apple store, and they told me the hardware was fine. Below is the kernel panic log:

Most kernel panics are due to hardware incompatibility. Try unplugging your Razer DeathAdder mouse and see if things work properly without it.

If it does, peruse its website for a potential driver update.

Be sure you take a copy of this bulletin, if it applies to your exact MacBook Pro:

TS4088- MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010): Intermittent black screen or loss of video

Apple will service affected 15-inch MacBook Pro computers free of charge until three years from date of purchase. Apple will provide further extensions to this program as needed. This worldwide Apple program does not extend the standard warranty coverage of the affected MacBook Pro.

Dear Mr. Galt, I am also seeing a similar problem with intermittant crashing on my 2010 Mac Mini. Unfortunately I have made a few changes to the machine recently and have done a full restore, so I am having a bit of difficulty tracking down the errant kernal panic. Do you mind taking a look to see if something is obvious. One possibility is the RAM upgrade I did. It certainly seemed like the approved and compatible RAM. But it's possible I bought RAM that has a higher clock speed than original.
