if it don't support apples std printing interface called airprint
then you have to rely on lexmark making a printing app and adding it to app store

Since the Lexmark X4550 is not compatible with AirPrint, you will need to install our LexPrint app to your iOS device and LexPrint Listner to a host computer.
You need to identify yourself as the app developer and also state that you may get some form of compensation.
And you need to check your links in your post since both links send the user to the website for downloading the listener app.
The app is from us (Lexmark) and we represent the company. The link provided goes to the same page to download both the LexPrint app and the LexPrint Listener (Windows/Mac).
