I've seen this mentioned a few times as a solution for "man on the street" recording. I'd like to use it to record 30 minute lectures for posting.
I see some pretty good deals on this unit, but want to see if anyone has experience with it for this purpose, and if it plays well with the Mac.
I read a post that said it mounts as a drive on the desktop, and you can easily access the mp3 you've recorded there. Is that true?
And, is the quality OK? It doesn't have to be broadcast quality, but I don't want to spend money on something tinny and junky, either!
If you have experience with this item, I'd appreciate your thoughts.
