I recently downloaded Apple Configurator and upon setup, I entered an apple ID. Now I was told that was the incorrect Apple ID for the VPP. How do I change the apple ID In Configurator?
And VPP codes are working again!

I pushed applications through Apple Configurator with a different Apple ID from that used with iTunes.
When the application is added to Apple Configurator, Apple Configurator prompt you to enter the AppleID that will be bound to VPP but in reality, this is the iTunes AppleID that is send to the device.
I am in big trouble to update and manage these applications now that I have hundred devices scattered in many locations.
Do someone have an idea of how resolve my issue or contact the support about this ?
