My email acct. is sending emails out I don't send I get an unable to deliver message back from these
Junk emails sent from my acct. not sent by me. Some are delivered while others have returned unable to deliver message.

If you email account has been hacked, you have to deal with that on the server in your webmail account. Change the password or do whatever the email provider recommends.
