I've bought in August, 21 and start beeping today.
I've put mute and the noise still beeping.
Interesting that the beep noise sometimes became an low buzz noise.
I've started several times and the noise stops just when the computer was off.
I really appreciate some help.

When you had the problem. Were you experiencing it regularly or rarely? I had the beeping sound last night but when I checked now I think it's gone. But since I'm under warranty I wanna avail any support I can from apple since this is an expensive product and want to avoid any issue in the future. I caught a video and posted it on youtube I hope that enough evidence they'll look into my machine.

I am facing the same problem with my rMBP 15 ( Late 2013)...both noises!!!!!. Today I visited the Genius Bar and they are going to replace the left fan. They were checking the laptop and everything is okay with the motherboard. I want to thank you so much for posting the video...it was very useful to describe the problem I am facing with my new ( 45 days) laptop. It will be repair a few days. I will keep you posted.
