How do I access my folders in my optonline email acct from my iPad?

I had a yahoo account and recently changed over to optonline. When I am on a desktop I can see all of my folders, however, when I access my email from my iPad, I do not see any of my folders and therefore cannot manage my email from my iPad. I think it may have to do with the fact that my optonline account was set up as a POP account through my iPad. I do not see how to change that. I am not that computer saavy so I need some help! Thank you!
