Dell V310-V510 Series

Could anyone tell me how to I can get a Dell V313 series all in one printer installed and working on my mac? I found one link for some lexmark drivers that supposedly work for this, but after installing them it didn't seem to have any effect.

That's a helpful link to have, but for some reason or another it didn't work. After I downloaded and installed the software provided by dell I went to "System Preferences" then "Print and Scan" then I clicked the + sign to Add a printer. I saw in the list under "Name" the Dell V310-V510 Series listed. I then highlighted it and when I did so in the field bellow which lists "Name:, Location:, and Use:" It had filled in the "Name: Dell V310-V510" and "Location: My Mac", but for "Use: Choose a Driver or Printer Model". "Software for this printer isn't available from Apple. Contact the printer's manufacturer for the latest software." Saddly the manufacturer's latest software doesn't do the job. I'm not sure where it installed the drivers so there's no way for me to "Select Printer Software". Any ideas?
