Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (If you've got XP, although the procedure is for Vista and 7, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)

I had this exact problem using Windows 7 and that advice was exactly what I needed. Thank you!
iTunes 12.3.3.17 throws Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support\JavaScriptCore.dll
and iTunes closes continuously. The JavaScriptCore.dll error is a proxy issue with iTunes and not a JAVA issue if i do not utilize the proxy PAC file but instead utilize a proxy server and port in LAN Settings on Windows iTunes 12.3.3.17 will work.
With the first version of iTunes 12.3.0.44 users had a similar issue and could not access the iTunes Store Apple corrected this and it was a proxy issue.
iTunes 12.3 doesn't recognize proxy settings
Could Apple correct iTunes so it will work correctly with a proxy PAC file configured in LAN Settings on Windows PCs.
A possible approach for those that aren't able to adjust their proxy settings would be to revert to the previous version of iTunes and roll back the library if necessary (it will be for 12.3.3). See the iTunes installers section of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for details and links.

In my case, I just disable the proxy as you said. and iTunes is working again..!! 😎
Thanks
Disabling the PAC-file and entering the proxy-settings manually helped, however this is not a solution company-wide here. Horrible that Apple has not yet fixed this since over a year now...
