Sorry rachaelcude but I've lost track of what your original media is exactly. If you could again post a screen shot of the movie inspector for the original MPEG-4 files that would be great. Ideally you'll want to convert to QuickTime ProRes. There is a batch function in Streamclip in one of the menus. More specifics would depend on the specifics of the original media.
