iPhone 5 Order Processing Email

ordered 3 phones at 2:05 a.m. on 3 different devices...got comfirmations all withing a 10 minute time frame. I ordered a black 32 and a black 16 which I've tracked to Anchorage. The two black ones said preparing for shipping Saturday and finally the white one said preparing for shipping Sunday evening. but ..my white one ..no tracking of shipping yet so evidently stuck in Hong Kong.

Ordered mine at 3:01am on the dot here in MA. Email said delivers 9/21, checked order status and it still says delivers 9/21. Still preparing to ship though. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed.

Still can't get the website to let me sign into my invoice or order details. And still dealing with the fact that I was charged tax on the unbundled price even though other MA residents weren't.

Only time will tell now...

So just a little update on my order... So for several days my order online continued to say ships in 2 weeks October 5th, still no luck with apple support on the phones despite two attempts. So I just resigned to fact that I'd just have to wait and help my mom set up her phone when it arrives 9/21. Well guess what?! I checked my order online Monday evening and it said delivers 9/21!!! Woohoo they upped my delivery date!

Meantime my moms being shipped and is currently flying from anchorage according to UPS even though her account online still states preparing for shipment. My order also still says preparing for shipment although I checked UPS (via their website using "track by reference "using my phone number that I used in the ordering process) and it is sitting in Nashville about ready to ship out.

This is the best way to get tracking info if you haven't gotten the email from Apple with that info, that is assuming your iPhone is coming through UPS and not FedEx. But unfortunately until apple updates their database that reflects in my order online that it's been shipped, I will not be able to presign for delivery... But im not stressed out anymore :)

@sab62185, I wonder if my status will change too? My order still says Processing with a 10/5 delivery date.

I hope it does for you too, I know how hard it is to be forced to wait! I've never been a patient person lol. Just keep checking cuz you never know when hey will get order cancelations, or an increase in the number of iPhones manufactured and available to ship.

same here! I thought I was the only one stuck on processing! lets hope we both get it on friday! or monday at the latest!

Me too... 6 days later and it hasn't moved from "Processing" 😟

I wonder if it's smart to just cancel this order, and try to get lucky at a store tomrorow... I have no REAL reason to be so impatient, mostly excited for my first iPhone, I guess..

i had the same issue. and finally at 1:05am pacific i realized i could try downloading Chrome... and it worked. DANG IT! there goes microsoft, screwing me again with IE. lol now i'm waiting for a phone all cuz i was an HOUR and 5mins late.

I wonder what Apple has to say to their loyal followers that got up at 3AM on the launch date to order their product to be told later that you will get it in three weeks Oct 5th - when other people went into Best Buy on the following Sat and preordered the iPhone 5 and got it today. What a kick in the pants by Apple. I own so many Apple products its not funny. I feel like I really got the shaft from Apple.

Well, as an update, mine went from 'Processing' (which it was on for a week) to 'Preparing for Shipping' which I'm guessing I will probably see for another week before anything.
