Use the Apple-supplied cable and the Apple-supplied iPad charger. Do not use an iPod/iPhone charger. Does it charge?
yes that works. but if i use apple's ipad cable (the same cable) and connect it to my computer, it doesn't charge.
Duh...
Obviously, your computer is not putting out sufficient current. There is nothing that we can do to fix your computer.
but it can charge my iPod... so basically, it charges ipods and iphones but not ipads? (my computer)

The iPod/iPhone does not require as much current as the iPad.
alright alright
I don't know how to say this but you've been told several times the proper way to charge your iPad yet you keep coming back complaining that it doesn't charge when you ignore those instructions. Do you or do you not want to charge the iPad? If you do, then I strongly suggest that you do it correctly or it will not work.
well i get what it is but its just confusin to say cuz i have a bunch sitting around and i dont know which one's which. but i try few ones out adn i just go with the one that works
