Constant Crashes after update to 10.4.6

Getting constant crashes on MBP after doing 10.4.6 update anyone else experiencing the same? So far Photoshop has crashed 5 times never crashed in 10.4.5. Also Apple Mail has crashed never had that happen before. This blows! Can I roll back to 10.4.5?

A load of really expensive CRAP, Other OS, Stuff that will be useless in 6 months to a year

Adrick:

No patch is needed for the updater. Most people successfully updated to 10.4.6 with no problems.

The crashes were caused by preexisting problems with the former operating system and/or disk directory. Some of those problems may have resulted from using Migration Assistant to move over items that conflict with OS X on the MacBook Pro (haxies, old contextual menu plugins, etc.).

In most cases, a new install of the OS using Archive & Install, then moving over just really needed (and compatible) stuff from the old operating system files, will restore the MBP to stability.

It's always a good idea to run permissions repair before and after installing OS or Security updates. And recommended to run Disk Utilities > Disk Repair from the Install DVD, also.

Hey Bill I had a totally clean system before 10.4.6 from a clean install on my new MBP it ran almost perfect in 10.4.5 I have only used Photoshop and sother native apps on this machine it is not haxied modified flippity flopped whatever. Barely ever crashed. I did a repair permissions and installed 10.4.6 Combo. This machine crashes in every app now, native or not, totally at random I also had 2 kernal panics in a row today. Something is wrong. I dont know about you but 10.4.6 has majorly F'd up my MBP.
