Problem updating itunes to 10.7

Yes unable to uninstall. Same error message

"Could not open key Hkey_current_user/software/applecomputer.inc/itunes/preferrence."

I am also having problems updating iTunes on a Windows Vista computer. After updating the first time, I restarted machine as instructed, but when I tried to open iTunes it basically said the program did not exist (can't remember exact error message given). So I installed it again. The second time, the installer detected iTunes on my computer and gave two options, Repair or Uninstall. So I tried to Repair. Seemed to install, but when I tried to open iTunes got an error message that "iTunes has stopped working." Also, "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Then a message about Data Extention Prevention pops up. I've also tried to Uninstall iTunes without success.

if its not allowing you to uninstall, try with the 'revo uninstaller', also check manually in programfiles if any of the registry entries are still there, try deleting them manually

Neetin.therkar thank you very much for the tip on using the "revo uninstaller". I was able to unistall itunes and all related software. I down loaded a fresh copy of the new version and installed it with out any issue.
