I dropped my iPhone and now it won't turn on

Hi All,

I dropped my iPhone this morning and now it won't turn on. It was fully charged. Originally, I could see that when I pressed the buttons the screen would light up faintly (although nothing was showing on the screen). I then pressed and held the home button and the on/off button to reset it. After I did this nothing happened and the screen no longer lights up faintly. It is completly dead. Does anyone have any solutions for me? Any other tricks I can try?

Thank you so much!!! Seriously I did push both buttons at the same time for 10 seconds when it dropped but it wasn't sufficient. It took at least a whole 30 seconds before showing up. So before sending it to repair, I think this is worth trying it out.

I have the same issue and I tried holding the lock button and the home button but nothing seems to work. My phone isn't charging either and there's no sound. What should I do?

Which issue are you referring to? You dropped the Phone and now it won't turn on, or you dropped the phone and messed up your screen?
