Hi,
See how many photos and videos you have in your camera roll. If you can transfer those photos and videos to a computer, you can delete them from your phone and free up a lot of space. Also, all of your photos are saved in the photo stream. Your photo stream does not count against your icloud storage. So you could still have your photos on your phone.
