iOS 6 App Store Crashing when trying to view Purchased apps

After upgrading to iOS 6 my iPhone 4s can't display purchased apps. I start the App Store, touch updates and then touch purchased. I get a spining circle with Loading... for about a minute and then the App Store just exits and I'm back to the iPhone's first screen.

I've seen similar behavior with my new iPad after updating to iOS6. I haven't seen it crash but when starting App Store and then touching purchased it just stays at a spinning circle and says Loading... It never changes.

I've done the obvious stuff, power cycle and hold both buttons for a reset.

I really apologize if it didn't work. This is what the apple people told me when I called for technical support. This helped me fix my App Store crash issue and since I told the guy that there was a lot of more people with the same issue he told me to post the solution that he gave me and that fixed my problem here on apple support. Again I apologize if it didn't work. You can call apple support to tell them your problem and they can help you out

Add me to the App Store crashing list. No matter what I do - Search, Purchased, Categories - the app eventually crashes. I've generally been immune from most bugs when installing a new OS, but I am finding iOS 6 to be buggy. First time I've really felt disappointed, not in terms of features, but just bugginess. And I'm using a 4S. Anyway, no usuable App Store is kind of a big deal. I've tried the whole Network reset, reboot, etc. Next, I'll try a reinstall of iOS 6 and see if that helps as I originally just did an update.

I'm having the same issue and I can report that the iTunes App, not just the App Store has issues when selecting purchased. Can't see movies listed, and some artists under music come up blank. I actually don't want to go to the Genius Bar and have my iPad wiped. That doesn't solve anything and just makes things more difficult for me. As it happens, I did wipe content and data so I already know that doesn't solve anything. Hoping Apple figures out this is a bug that is really impacting iTunes in general. Is 6.0.1 anyone?

After updating my iPad (3rd Generation) to ios 6 i can access the app market but if i try to download more than 1 app at a time it freezes. I have to restart the app store and download the next app. If I'm in my purchased apps it loads and scrolls like I'm back on 14.4kbps dial up internet. This is ridiculous! It's going to take me hours to download my apps... What kind of enhancement is that??

I have an iPad 2 wifi 64gb that is stuck Loading on the purchased apps screen everything else works ok but the little wheel just spins forever and says loading and never loads. I have restored 3 times and have tried to set the date ahead 2 years run app store and then set back to auto and resetting network settings and neither have helped. I installed ios6 on my father in laws ipad 2 16gb wifi on the same computer and his app store showed purchased apps. Please help Apple...

the time change trick also didnt work for me. passbook has been working and it seems like the trick was more for that but it didn't help with purchases, genius and then seeing my purchased movies in itunes. can see music and show but not movies

I did a dfu restore, went in as a new phone as opposed to restoring the backup and this also did not work and caused the crash. My thought had been if it was something tied to the backup. I have confirmed with a few friends for whom this does not happen to. Makes me wonder if it's tied to app id. Hi have a ton of purchases for apps over the years, maybe related to that. I don't know, grasping at straws, not used to having something so buggy out of apple like this.
