iCloud Restore Bug - unknown Apple IDs

After I've tried to restore from my iCloud backup on iOS 6 I always get prompted by my iPhone to enter passwords from different unfamiliar to me Apple IDs. I know for sure those are not mine and noone could have used my iPhone. Plus I only use my own AID to buy software and another one for iCloud and iMessage/Facetime.

I have to set my device as new instead of easilly restoring from backup cause it keeps prompting after each restart. Quite strange. Anybody else have same problem?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1, MC700
