I updated to IOS 6 but my WiFi won't work!
Whenever I try to connect to my wifi it will do it for like 3seconds then stop. Why isn't my wifi working?!?!

Try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset>Network Settings
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
I'm having the same issue on my iPhone 4 and iPad 2. Already tried a reset and a reset network settings no help
exact same issue on my iPhone 4. forgetting the network, turning wifi on/off, restarting the phone.... no help.
I am having this issue too on both my iPhone 4s and iPad 3rd gen. Tries to connect to the network then pulls up that funky little pseudo-browser thing inside the network settings that goes to an apple page that is 404 not found.
So I reset network settings per the above, had to re-enter my network password, no go. Still gives me that "pseudo-browser" thing and goes to apple.com and a 404 not found page.
This is a bit unacceptable.
Restoring phone now.
Scratch that...
So, when that little pseudo-browser page comes up i DON'T press "cancel". I just wait, and it fixed itself after a few moments.
Yep, I'm having this same issue! Apple, you've screwed it up! We need a fix!
This is happening to my iPhone 4S too. My iPad 2 is updating now. Going to be really annoyed
The network reset DID work for me. Initially, it looked like it didn't because I got this log into Apple window but I cancelled that and the wifi connection finally stayed.
Not a smooth update.

I had this problem, too. I just turned off the phone and turned it back on and it fixed the problem. You know, the standard way, not the hard reset.
I was having the same problem. I did a few re-starts and now is working.
no luck with any of the above options. Doing a clean restore ...... peeved ... good i just started on the Touch ..... will avoid ipad/iphones for now.
Had the same problem. Resetting the network connections as suggested worked for me.
I was having the same problem, I did a hard reboot and then reset my Network settings and now my wifi is working
I had the same problem with my 4S. I tried to connect to my network but for some reason the phone suddenly switched to an Apple.com page with a "Sorry, that link isn't available." or some such thing. I thought about it for a second and found that if I quit all of the open browsers (iCabMobile, Safari and Chrome) I could connect to my network. I suspect that a login page for a restaurant network was causing a problem. Anyway, close your browsers then go to the network settings and try to re-connect.

I was having the same problem, then i turned my bluetooth off on both iphone 4s and Ipad 2 then i was able to connect to wifi, not sure why this worked but both seem to be working fine
