Wifi was working fine a few days ago then just dropped out on ios5 then nothing, upgraded to ios6 and still the same problems. Wifi screen was locked on as pictured by AlexMuller but somehow fixed itself but still cannot connect or find any wifi connection. Spends all its time looking for connections.

Although by some miracle it did pick up my wifi and the neighbours but when trying to connect screen flashed and now back to square one!! Good work apple this is rotten get it sorted!!!

Found a fix that resinstalls your iphone4s back to factory settingswhen in recovery mode. 🙂

Firstly turn off your iphone. then open up itunes and connect your turned off phone to itunes via usb cable. Press and hold the home button & the on/off button for 10s or so. A box wil appear on itunes stating an iphone has been found in recovery mode and do you want to reinstall back to factory settings. Click restore and follow the prompts.

My phone has now reverted back to its original settings. I can now pick up wifi no problems..🙂🙂

Do not upgrade to ios6 till they get this issue sorted.
