iOS 6 WiFi option is GREYED OUT (unrelated to iOS 6 WiFi connectivity issues)

No answer for this just getting into the thread so I can be notified when Apple fixes this.

I have 2 iPhone 4S, both upgraded to IOS 6 OTA. One is fine, the other has Wifi On/Off toggle greyed out.

I've tried a lengthy list of resets. Nothing works.

same here, lost wi-fi and bluetooth after updating, can't restore (no shsh) back to 5.1.1

Any solution to this yet? I've tried everything as well... I have a white 64GB iphone 4s =(

Nope(. I guess we just have to learn to live without internet.

Mine too 64gb black. Do others on 64gb have same issue please reply.

Apple are now refusing to replace mine. They say ill have to wait for an update to fix it!!!

I had my iPhone 4S replaced at the Apple store with no argument after I explained all the hoops I went through with Apple phone support (the same hoops everyone here has been through). The 'Genius' said that an update to iOS 6 would be released 'in the next few weeks' but I get the feeling he knew no more than we do about it. He had seen a few other 4S's like this though.

I also made the 'Genius' update the handset to iOS 6 in-store as the replacement had iOS 5.1.1. out of the box.

Same here tried everything wi fi still unable to toggle on and off, hardware problem i guess down to apple.

Jumping in on this as experiencing exactly same issue (Wifi option completely greyed out, no manual fix working to restore). Apple please send an update fix out soon!

Mine is the same. Upgraded my new 4s via a cable. My Wi-Fi greyed out. Tried all the suggestions and nothing. Apple say "My phone is broken". O2 say it's a software problem. What do I do ? Apple is sounding like Microsoft, deny everthing admit to nothing !! Next time I'll get a Blackberry.

My chronology:

1. Download iOS6 OTA ... just begin

2. Lost all Wifi... enabled but cant detect any wifi .. OTA not completed

3. Download & update to iOS6 via iTunes

4. Wifi grayed out

5. Switch off for 5 minutes and restart

6. Managed to enable wifi and connect to wifi ... working

7. Out of sudden, lost all wifi again... enabled but cant detect any wifi

8. Switch off for 5 minutes and restart

9. Wifi grayed out again

10. Repeat switch off but still grayed out

Same issue with my iphone 4s........

Can you open happy steet apps? I can't even open some apps such as unblock me, happy street and Ace casino.
