Mail Signature Settings Crashing on iOS 6

I upgraded to iOS6 today, along with the rest of the cool kids. I have multiple email accounts and on iOS 6 I can finally set a different signature for each account (seriously, this is a big deal for me)! Only trouble is I was able to set all 3 signatures once, but I noticed a typo and went back into the settings to revise the signature. As soon as I scroll down to see the last signature, the app crashes and I'm returned to the homescreen. The crash occurs exactly when the scroll should show the last signature, leading me to believe it has something to do with that specific signature. The only difference about the last signature is it has a phone number and URL in it, which were highlighted blue when I originally copied and pasted it in.

Being the tech savvy guy I am, I have tried everything short of deleting the affected account from the iPhone and setting it up again. I would prefer not to do this.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?

OK, so I figured a work-around. I guess YMMV. This is what I did:

Opened the signature view.
In my case selecting/touching within the text box for the first 2 signature fields was causing it to crash
So, I basically touched the gray seperator between them, and carefully scrolled up, ensuring the touch doesn't cause the editable area (in the first 2 signature fields) to activate which was causing the crash.
Editing in 3rd account/signature field onwards was fine.

PS: I have 7 email accounts set up, and noticed the signature field for the 7th account was missing entirely. I have the signature inherited from whenever I had set it last (from my iPhone 4 a couple years ago), and shows up in my email, but the field to edit it is no longer visible.

Hopefully this trick helps someone here.

I had to delete the offending account (one of 5) and then add it again to fix this issue. Something in the HTML signature was causing the Settings app to choke. I've setup my signature for that account again and all seems fine now.

I'm so relieved as my thrid account was for work and I have changed my job title so was having to edit each email before I sent it.

I was able to fix this in iOS 8 by turning on Airplane Mode before attempting to edit the signature.

I hope this helps someone else!
