I have a PC without a network card to connect to wifi, can I use airport base station to connect to my wireless network, then connect that to the computer via ethernet to get internet on my PC?

I'm not entirely sure how to use this discussion session as it is the first time I have ever used it. I have an older airport base station(2009-2010 rounds about), and I haven't really needed it lately, however I have a PC that does not have a wireless network card, so I can't connect to the internet without an ethernet cable. I was wondering if it were possible to connect the base station to the wireless network I have in place, and then connect ethernet from the base station to the computer in order to get internet on the PC. I am kind of new to this, as last time, I got frustrated using it and just kept it in a box for the past two years.

I am using a cable modem/wireless router all in one...the cable hooks up in the back and i can connect by ethernet to the computer or via wifi...however the pc i'm using doesn't have a wifi card, so i was wondering if i could get my airport base station to connect via wifi to the router, and then run an ethernet cable from the pc to the airport to get internet access to the pc?

Hi - thanks for the update - yes we should be able to do what you want - and I am assuming that you have an Apple Extreme - but I have to mention a few things - first, you have an older Extreme and my experience is with the newer ones so you will have to bear with me - second, remember that you will be connecting your PC via ethernet to a wireless signal so your speed will only as good as the wireless connection - this should be ok if you have a fast ISP and a fast router and your Apple is not too far from your base station - the next thing that you have to do is tell me if you also have a laptop with wireless and Windows 7 or just the PC with Windows 7 as it will change how the setup can be done - get back to me with this info and we can proceed
