User uploaded file30 seconds after the duration is the only app that is the only location in app access to the website and email or password code app to enter Restrictions

What worked for me was to go to Apps-> Click Featured and scroll down to the bottom, then click your Apple ID.

On the popup, click View Apple ID. From there Turn on Genius for Apps. That did it for me.


I had done the above suggestions as well. Setting the date ahead, That didn't work. The payment thing didn't do anything. I did sign out and sign back in. So that might have an effect. I did have the current date set correctly when I did this.
